X Post Scroller is a Chrome extension that adds navigation buttons to X (formerly Twitter) so you can move through posts one at a time. This page explains what data the extension does and does not collect.
X Post Scroller collects no user data whatsoever. The extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, browsing history, account data, or any other information about you or your activity.
The extension requires access to x.com and twitter.com
solely to inject the navigation buttons into the page. This access is used exclusively
to read the DOM structure of the timeline and control scroll behavior within your browser tab.
No data is read from your account or sent anywhere.
The extension makes no network requests of any kind. It does not communicate with any external servers, analytics services, or third parties.
The extension does not use cookies, localStorage, or any other storage mechanism. Nothing is saved to your device beyond the extension files themselves.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
